I believe trip was very nice. But due so silly mistake of Expert. Almost I paid in total instead of 117000 to 141000. I asked for some refund or discount for the booking also.

I approached your big head also who visited our office. She also till now not replied on my message.

Anyways I have already explained the same team leader. Next time pls take care of such silly mistakes. It will lead to bad reputation and loss of clients.
