This package was not availed by our client because he was offloaded due to lack of documentary requirements. He was supposed to attend a training program but he wasn't able to show the receipt of the training program.

The booking process was easy. Payment was also a breeze.

The Telegram support group were all helpful and supportive.

Overall, it was an excellent package deal except that the client was not able to utilize it.

Room in pataya was not good ,in records they are 4* property,but they are not near to 2* so client was disappointed in Pataya or they have not provided the room in sequence.

Hotel:
Staff: very accommodating; 5 star
Amenities: very nice specially ang swimming pool. 5 star
Food: for locals, great but maybe not for foreigners. 4 star
Over-all: relaxing place and best for family
Tours:
Tour guides are really good and easy to relate with; accommodating
Transfers: concern is the coordination between drivers and chat messages during tour. No info if trike will be the one to fetch. Transport improvement is needed.
Itinerary: very good and not so tight.
Assistance: needs improvement on coordination and communication. No connection with customers since most are computer generated and needs update.

During the trip, our guest encountered a medical issue that affected her journey. As a result, she had to cut her trip short while in Singapore, missing out on the planned visit to Thailand. However, a week after returning home, she is in good spirits and confident about traveling again, with Thailand being her destination of choice. The assistance and monitoring being given by Nexus was very helpful for us travel agents who are also busy monitoring other guests. It was hassle-free and so far all my clients were satisfied with the service.

But I am hoping that assistance will not only be thru Telegram but thru viber or whatsapp as well. Because other clients are not familiar with telegram and does not want to download another app.
