It was great experience for my guest. All arrangement was done was really amazing.
Not happy with the marina Dhow cruise ...
Pointers-
-onboard staff was not professional and had no proper uniform like other near by floating cruise
-lighting on the cruise was not at all pleasant like others, couldn't capture the pics properly as lights distorting the camera lens
-80% of the food was cold and was average in taste
- All and all, 1 rating out of 5
Also not happy with the driver for the cruise...
He was continuously on the phone.. texting or talking on phone...
He cut the lanes a few times which were little risky

Communication group was superb. The vehicles used for transport were clean and had cool aircondion that alleviated the heat of the places.
However there should be specific instructions once the guests has been picked up by the driver as to the duration of the tour instead of making the guests wonder what/ where and how

Nature phuket is a nice property, Siam Bayshore is over priced and Amari watergate is good. the guide provided at Bangkok for safari world and marine park was very rude. rest everything was good

However, most concerns that brings me to my attention, is the high rates of packages in some other countries like Taiwan, Hongkong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Dubai etc., are comparatively higher than those offered by other service provider. This could be potentially limit the accessibility and affordability for customers.
