Overall experience was good but the return airport pickup was a problem.There is a different number privided to me in the group and when i tried to reach him he tells he did not know anything about pickup.Another driver arrived after 15 min delay.Pls update the correct info before 1 hour.

According to the guest, services, transportation and the driver was good, except to hotel. Since they arrive early, the hotel staff did not allow them to stay at the lobby or even allow then to enter the premises. According to the guests the hotel staff let them stay and wait until 9am outside the hotel which is not good experience for our guest.
I believe trip was very nice. But due so silly mistake of Expert. Almost I paid in total instead of 117000 to 141000. I asked for some refund or discount for the booking also.
I approached your big head also who visited our office. She also till now not replied on my message.
Anyways I have already explained the same team leader. Next time pls take care of such silly mistakes. It will lead to bad reputation and loss of clients.

Overall Trip was excellent only disappointment was yacht got cancelled and a day was wasted due to no other activity on that day. Rest all was smooth pick up and drop with sightseeing, everything was good.
