Overall Trip was good But at the time of tiger park there are 2 Adults + 1 Child( age 4 Yrs) ticket was provided smallest tiger but at the time of booking i said please gave me 2 smallest tiger tiger + 1 medium tiger...ticket but they gave me 3 smallest tiger tickets. so, please gave the tickets as per client requirement. other then it was good service and good properties.

Guest had a wonderful experience. Thanks to Deepak ji and Sameer who tried to sort out the problems that arises in the booking on the way and made efforts to make up for the gap in services. Will definitely book again. I like the telegram app idea where guest was connected with the ground team 24/7. They felt heard and taken care off. But one request is there. From next time onwards, please make two telegram groups, ONE WITHOUT GUEST, (where guest and ground team and ops and agent (Me) are connected) and ONE WITH GUEST.

The driver and car should have been better. Hotels were good, rooms were good . Other arrangements were pretty good. Overall other than cab and driver, all the other things were good.

Hotel Shompen room in port Blair was v compact. Client complained about the pickup issue from Driver Danish he took too long to pickup from the sightseeing and was difficult to connect.

2nd hotel in port Blair was unhygienic there were rats/cockroach in dinning area

Hi,
Hotel at Dehradun were not able to find the names. Guests were made to wait for 15-20 minutes each time. I had to call them both the times of Check in. In Nainital, in spite of being very hot, AC was not put ON. These are the few of the feedback received from the customer.
