Staff: very accommodating; 5 star
Amenities: very nice specially ang swimming pool. 5 star
Food: for locals, great but maybe not for foreigners. 4 star
Over-all: relaxing place and best for family
Tours:
Tour guides are really good and easy to relate with; accommodating
Transfers: concern is the coordination between drivers and chat messages during tour. No info if trike will be the one to fetch. Transport improvement is needed.
Itinerary: very good and not so tight.
Assistance: needs improvement on coordination and communication. No connection with customers since most are computer generated and needs update.
