The assistance and monitoring being given by Nexus was very helpful for us travel agents who are also busy monitoring other guests. It was hassle-free and so far all my clients were satisfied with the service.

But I am hoping that assistance will not only be thru Telegram but thru viber or whatsapp as well. Because other clients are not familiar with telegram and does not want to download another app.
