2 hotels were disappointing. 1. Aquays in Havlock island. No maintainance and food was bad.
2. CS Empire in Neil island was little better but food was equally bad. Not suitable for vegetarians.

Everything was good.. specially transfers services. Only thing was customer Lil bit unsatisfied was of kalapathar beach sightseeing which felt wate of time and because of that they reached Neil island almost on evening.. Neil island property was best but customer stay time was very less over there . Overall everything was good.. customer is satisfied with our service.

I am happy with what the services you gave especially the monitoring of the guests activities.
Very good on tour support, suggestions for the pre-tour team of operations who confirmed the booking and the whole sales process, the response was very slow, took follow-up multiple times even for small queries and changes which was not so smooth. Basic queries and doubts were not cleared directly took almost 24-72 to address a single query. Other wise post the booking everything was great
