According to the guest, services, transportation and the driver was good, except to hotel. Since they arrive early, the hotel staff did not allow them to stay at the lobby or even allow then to enter the premises. According to the guests the hotel staff let them stay and wait until 9am outside the hotel which is not good experience for our guest.
