Everything was good. The Client was able to transfer to the Hotel as scheduled.
We would like to suggest regarding the Arrival Instructions to please notify us at least the day before departure so the Clients will know ahead how to contact or where to meet the driver because not all Clients are able to access the internet/wifi on the day of arrival or not all are knowledgeable to technology.
