Booking thru Tripfactory always proves to be easy and hassle free. Customer support group were helpful. Information was given on a timely basis and easy to understand instruction.
However may I suggest that upon pick up at the airport arrival area, the driver or representative should introduce themselves with proper ID's and papers showing their legitimacy. Our clients were alarmed and rattled that they were suddenly approached by a man saying that he is their driver. Our clients just had a not so very nice experience before and were scammed that was why they were calling me verifying the legitimacy of the person picking them up. Though they were instructed thru Viber by Sir Nathan about the details of the pick-up still there were hesitant and scared to just get in the car since the driver showed no proof of being our representative.
Aside from the scary moment they had upon their pick up arrival everything was arranged accordingly.
Group support chat thru telegram were superb and supportive. Real time service were rendered. They went beyond what was expected. Kudos to the TF team.
